Continued browsing on www.arianee.org (the “Website”) implies unreserved acceptance of the following provisions and terms of service (hereinafter "TOS"). By using this Website, you agree to these TOS without reserve.

The current online version of these TOS is the only one enforceable during the entire period of use of the Website.

Arianee reserves the right to modify the present TOS at any time particularly for purposes of compliance with any new applicable legislation and/or regulations and/or to improve the Website. Access to our Website is strictly reserved for personal use only. The User commits itself to not use the Website – as well as all information and data – for illegal or damaging purposes, for commercial, political, and advertising purposes and for any commercial solicitation, including mass mailing of unsolicited e-mail or junk mail.

Arianee cannot be held responsible in case of access to the Website by minors under 18 years of age. Arianee cannot be held liable in the event of erroneous or misleading information provided by Users of the Website.

ARTICLE 4 – DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED

The purpose of the Website is to provide information to User about all the Company's activities. Arianee strives to provide the most accurate information, however, it cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies, or shortcomings in the updating of information.

All the information on the Website is given for information only and is subject to change. 

The User is also informed that all photos on the Website are non-contractual and can not engage Arianee responsibility.

Arianee and its commercial partners are the owner and/or beneficiary of the intellectual property rights necessary for the use of the Website.

Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher and the owner of the Website are strictly prohibited. The fact that the publisher does not engage legal procedure as soon as the unauthorized use are known shall not be deemed acceptance of the previous use and non-prosecution.

Arianee shall use our best efforts to maintain access to the Website at all times.  However, Ariane cannot guarantee the permanent availability and accessibility of the Website. Indeed, Arianee may be required to momentarily suspend access to all or part of the Website, particularly for technical maintenance purposes.

It is hereby further specified that the Internet and IT or telecommunication networks are not error-free and that interruptions and failures can occur. Arianee cannot provide any guarantee in this regard and shall not therefore be held liable for any damage that may relate to the use of the Internet and IT or telecommunication networks, including, without limitation:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arianee disclaims all warranties about the Website. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, our liability shall be limited to direct damage, excluding any other damage or loss whatsoever or any indirect damage relating, without limitation, to any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill.

The hypertext links included on the Website may lead you to websites published by third parties and the content of which We do not control. Accordingly, to the extent that said hypertext links were included on the Website for the sole purpose of facilitating your browsing experience, looking up any third-party websites shall be your own decision and your sole liability. 

ARTICLE 9 – APPLICABLE LAW

The present TOS are governed by French law.
